Jason Hreha

Jason Hreha co-founded Persona in 2018 and is its CEO. He studied Human Biology at Stanford with a focus on neuroscience and stayed on as a lead researcher in the university’s Persuasive Technology Lab — BJ Fogg’s lab, now the Behavior Design Lab — where he co-authored Behavior Wizard (2010). He went on to become Global Head of Behavioral Sciences at Walmart, building the first behavioral science practice inside a Fortune 100 company. His definition of a habit is cited in James Clear’s Atomic Habits. He is the author of Real Change and a columnist at Behavioral Scientist. Persona’s assessment is built as a behavioral one, and that is why it looks the way it does.
