Persona was built on the science of understanding people.
Persona was founded in 2018. Co-founder Jason Hreha is a behavioural scientist who studied at Stanford, worked as a lead researcher in the university’s Persuasive Technology Lab, and went on to build Walmart’s behavioral science practice—the first inside a Fortune 100 company.
That experience shapes how Persona evaluates talent today. We use quantitative assessments, structured interviews, work sample projects, and communication exercises to understand how candidates think and work. Together, these give us a fuller picture of each person’s capabilities and how they align with your team’s needs.
